This photoshop assignment war infuriating. I literally wanted to chuck my camera across the room. As you can see, some of them turned out pretty goo, and others... Well, ya know. I would never do this again for anything, in any circumstance. But I did it. That's pretty much all I can say. It's done and over with, finally.

F-Stop: 5.6 Shutter Speed: 1/4000 ISO: 1600 This event was so much fun to be at. I had to walk about a mile and a half to get everywhere, but it was worth it! All of these photos we so much fun to take. I had to run around everywhere to get what I wanted to capture. This event that I was at is actually called Eventing, which is basically a triathlon, but with horses. This derby was at Cobblestone farms and was such a lovely place to do this assignment.
ISO: 1600 F-Stop: 5.0 Shutter Speed: 4000 Nature is one of my favorite things to take photos of. The beauty that is all around us deserves to be captured. Plus I have a whole forrest behind my house, so that helps. But it's so fun to go around and notice things you've never noticed before, and then there's the fact of trying to get the camera set up and the 'perfect' angle. But every time I think the outcome is just the way I like it.
I personally though that this photoshop assignment was a really easy one. It was fun, too, with messing around with all of the settings and especially with the feathering tool. That was my favorite. But I'm proud with how both turned out!
F-Stops: 5.6 Shutter Speed: 1/400 ISO: 1600 I loved this photo topic. I wasn't originally going to do this topic so soon but he came out and just started modeling! He was rolling around and giving me such a fun time! The lighting was also perfect and I think it captured his coat color perfectly.
HDR photography is a type photography that uses many photos to make one mega photo with the perfect amounts of highlights and shadows. HDR stands for High Dynamic Range, ad=nd I must say, it's super fun! Edited Original (Properly Exposed) All these photos are composed of three or more photos of the same thing. Depending on the lighting situation and the subject being captured, you take a few photos, some over exposed and some under exposed, along with a normal exposed photo. Then you upload them to PhotoShop and let the magic begin! This PhotoShop assignment was one of my favorites I've done throughout these two trimesters. The hardest part of all of this was finding subjects that weren't too much in the sun, yet had enough lighting. I really hope to do this again, but maybe with a more landscaping as opposed to macro/close ups.
Panos are a large composition of many photos put into one. It requires a tripod or a steady hand and a lot of patience. Here's my favorite two panos that I framed with Gaussian Blur. I personally didn't like this photoshop assignment. It took a lot of work to get lots of photos in a short amount of time. The process in photoshop was also tedious due to the Automate not working for a bit of the time.
I chose the topic Macro as my second photo assignment. It was a relatively easy topic for me to photograph and last time I did macro I really enjoyed the experience. ISO: 200 Shutter Speed: 1/250 F-Stops: 8.0 I really enjoyed this photo expierence.
ISO: 250 Shutter Speed: 1/125 Aperture: 5.6 Color was a relatively easy topic to take photos of. All of these photos were taken in Kiawah, South Carolina, and I love how all of these turned out. The pink azaleas at the top were really fun to photograph because the speckles at the center of the flower really stood out at since I had a low focal length, the background blurred just perfectly to make it look very similar to a Monet painting. The other really fun photo to take was the sea foam because I had to prowl around the beach looking for bubble that had an oily looking shine to them.
Any good photographer should be able to catch motion, whether it's blurred or in perfect focus. Sadly. I am not that good of a photographer, yet I am trying my best! Here are the results of attempting to use Shutter Speed correctly. Chrono The hardest of all of these photos to take was the motion blur. I found that keeping the subject in focus was harder than expected. The chrono part was fun to try and reminded me very much of a Photography 1 Multiple Me project. That part was fun as it was more photoshop than anything and I also learned a new trick with my camera!
